1987 BMW 528e - 4 Door 6 Cylinder Automatic - Dark Blue in Florence, Alabama For Sale

This car does run and drive, but the engine runs very erratically. It seems to be an electrical issue, as the tachometer stops working at the same time as the problem happens. Odometer not working, so mileage is estimated. Got about 30 mpg when we drove it last. Has good (nearly new) tires, recent brakes, new rear springs, new rear axles, new cylinder head, add on electric cooling fan, and numerous other new parts. Body could use a partial repaint. Interior is quite nice for the age of the car. This car just needs someone with more time and mechanical experience to finish and enjoy. I hate to sell this car since my wife and I have owned and driven it for 7 years now, but I'd rather see someone fix it than just have it sitting here.
